I absolutely love their Iced Gingerbread coffee & their meat breakfast burritos! They are reasonably priced especially for how big their burritos are and how much they put into them, I also hope they keep the Gingerbread all year round. I also love that everytime I come through my coffee is always perfect, it doesn’t taste too strong and is sweet but not too sweet.

Always good spot to get good food and drinks. I get surprised flavor kickers and lotus drinks and i have never been disappointed.

Definitely my top choice in town for food out of all the huts. Also love their white coffee drinks more than the others.

Best coffee place in town, hands down. My drink is always the same, never too sweet, exceptional service and a favorite by my entire family. Their food is also very yummy and well priced. Highly recommend Backwoods.

A+ coffee and flavor. Baristas are friendly and remember your custom drinks. I also like the veggie burritos, I add peppers, onions & sour cream to mine. Photo doesn’t do any justice but it’s delish!

I ordered their White Out Mocha with white espresso (lightly roasted beans with a higher caffeine concentration) a week ago and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. Was the best caffeine beverage I’ve ever had 😍 It tasted earthy, creamy yet light. It was the perfect temperature and the most delicious beverage! No other coffee I’ve had will ever compare. Was a perfect stop while heading north out of Fairbanks! Highly recommend stopping if you are in Fairbanks or travelling through, promise it’s worth it!

Did some hill climbing on the bike and my reward was to try out Back Woods Coffee. It was worth the effort! The low carb breakfast bowl was made with meticulous perfection. All the ingredients were layered and tasty. The coconut machiatto made me feel like I was on an tropical island in Alaska. Such a great taste. The staff were superb and the wait was not much of a wait. Grateful for the respite!

We live Back Woods Coffee! It’s worth going out of your way. It’s a hit in a parking lot and you drive up to the window. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The coffee and bagels are delicious!
